Case Study: Audio System Upgrade at Whitesburg Baptist Church
Whitesburg Baptist Church, located in Huntsville, Alabama, was facing challenges with their outdated sound system. The existing system, which had been in place for 15 years, was struggling with issues of clarity, coverage, and low-frequency response, particularly affecting their traditional services with a choir and orchestra. As part of a multi-phase renovation, improving the audio experience was a key priority to better serve their growing congregation.

Solution:
We partnered with Meyer Sound to design and implement a customized loudspeaker system tailored to the specific needs of Whitesburg Baptist Church. After demoing several systems, we recommended Meyer Sound’s LEOPARD® compact linear line array loudspeakers, along with other Meyer Sound solutions, including 2100-LFC™ low-frequency control elements and MJF-208™ stage monitors. Our goal was to enhance audio intelligibility, ensure full coverage across the worship space, and provide the necessary low-end energy, particularly for the choir and musicians on stage.
